Light Therapy for S.A.D. - The Rondo Lamp

The Rondo lamp is something that many people can benefit from. With the onset of winter and the miserable weather we have been getting, many have been dreading the October Bank Holiday weekend and the change in to winter time. The Rondo lamp is a light therapy lamp designed in Finland where, I believe, they know a thing or two about short days and long cold nights! Unlike many of its competitors on the market, Rondo is considered by far more effective as it operates at 10,000 lux.

The lights are designed so as not to provide an uncomfortable glare or flicker which makes them ideal for use around the home or office. To get the benefit from this therapy its said that 45-60 minutes a day while having breakfast or getting ready in the morning is sufficient.
